It's official. We have signed our lives away for the next 30 years! Tonight's meeting was long and very stressful. Jim and I met with Gary, his son, Joe, and our Realtor, Kellie. When all was said and done, we were the proud owners of a contract to build a house on 204 Oak Lane in Milton. WHOO HOO!
