Liam had his Cub Scout Blue & Gold banquet this evening. This year's theme was "BUGS!" As usual, mom was charged with the task of making the cake. Liam chose a ladybug, and I think I made a pretty good one! Although our ladybug cake didn't win any ribbons, it sure was yummy!
For entertainment, they hired a guy who brought coolers full of arachnids & reptiles. The kids were amazed when a giant tarantula came out first. He put on a good informative show, and we had an entertaining evening.
