Happy St Patrick's Day! This evening for dinner, I made grilled cheese in the style of a Monte Cristo, Chicken with Stars soup, and fried potatoes. Wouldn't you know, while the kids weren't looking, a tiny leprechaun came into my kitchen and sprinkled my creations with magic green dust. By the time the children came down, even the milk had been turned green for St. Patrick's Day.
