This evening, we invited Elise, Peter, & Rebecca Abreu over for dinner. I made a new recipe - Thai Chicken- and served it over white rice. The chicken was good. It had a sauce with Apricot Marmalade, Peanut Butter, Sesame Seeds, and (of course) hot pepper! We sealed the deal with a Chocolate Silk cheesecake. By the time dishes were done & food put away, it was past our bedtime. Tomorrow's our first Open House ~ a big day; and we need to re-energize to prepare for it!
